Instructions: To take advantage of Online Member Discounts
(OMD’s) follow the steps below:
1.
Click on the My Account/Order Status link and
create an account. Do not order any products until I know you have created an account; after you have Emailed me back, and I know it's ready on your end, I can tweak it.
2.
When I receive notification; I will configure
your account. It usually takes less than 15 minutes.
3.
If you or your office is located in Texas, you
will have to pay Texas sales tax; or furnish a completed Texas Sales and Use
Tax form (I can e-mail or fax one if you don’t have one). If you are tax exempt
I will configure your account as Tax Exempt.
4.
When your account is ready; I will email you
confirmation that it’s ready to place orders.
5.
Online discounts only apply if you are a member
and order using credit card. Orders placed using PO’s will be processed only if
you have an established account.
6.
It is easy and only has to be set up once. You
can then place orders 24/7.
